On average, 3-4 hours each week (2.4% of your week!) Each week includes 30-60min of "learning" (i.e. educational videos, templates & quizzes), a 30min 1:1 coaching session with a trained Osteopath & Coach and roughly 2-3 hours of physical participation depending on your circumstances.
Absolutely! One of the most powerful ways to overcome nagging injuries is to understand why they occur. Pillar 3 (Stress & Injury) specifically addresses this concept but our Osteopath can help build your program around any current limitations.
Whilst there are many advantages of having access to gym equipment, it's not a necessity. With "flexibility" as a core component of the program we can adapt to any situation. Ultimately to achieve the best results you'll need access to some basic tools which can be purchased cheap and used at home.
We find the problem with handing out exercise programs and meal plans is that nobody learns anything! So whilst by the end of 12 weeks we may have created both these tools, it's the education behind what we create together that's most important. The ability to adapt & adjust is more valuable than following strict guidelines.
The 3 biggest factors to successful outcomes are an internal locus of control, a growth mindset and grit (passion + perseverance). Essentially this means taking control, exploring your potential and finding what drives you. Education & self-management are powerful tools that can often be neglected during in-person sessions due to time constraints or client expectations i.e. "hands-on" treatment. This program is for those ready to be empowered and take control.
At the completion of the program you'll have everything you need to confidently manage your exercise, nutrition, injuries and mindset. You'll have access to the course content for 12 months, however every template or program you design within the course will be yours for life.
The current price is a special introductory offer only. The methods included in the program have been used successfully for the past decade and have now been transferred into this online platform to create a program that is easily accessible & implemented.
Whilst in future there may be specific start dates, currently you can start any time! Content is unlocked one week at a time, as this allows us to truly absorb and discuss each topic in full before moving on. Once enrolled, there is 72 hours before Week 1 content is released, this allows all paperwork and initial strategy calls to be completed.
